We will ship your order in 2-5 working days after payment is received. Delivery takes usually about 3-7 days in the EU and 10-15 days for the rest of the world. However, delays do sometimes happen, we will send you the tracking code so you can see where your item is at any time. Please contact us if it takes really long. Customers that will place an order with a European union delivery address, will not be subject to import duties as we will ship the products from our warehouse in Europe. For international customers: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the amount of the merchandise, however, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.
