2.5L TFSI Audi RS3 8V & TTRS 8S Throttle Body Intake Pipe

Billet throttle body & intercooler exhaust pipe for your Audi RS3 and TTRS (8V / 8S)

The Elbow was made on a modern 5-axis CNC machine. The intake manifold for the throttle valve replaces the standard, much too small series tube with a perfectly matched, aerodynamically designed Elbow. The tube has also been completely optimized. Aerodynamically, flow velocity and with a larger and constant cross-sectional area and a clean 90° bend. No narrowing like the standard tube.

All surrounding parts of the factory can still be perfectly connected. The pipe contains the factory engine cover device, the diverter valve hose connector, the diverter valve actuator, and the pressure sensor. On the flange you have the possibility to connect, for example, a boost pressure gauge or WMI Nozzle thanks to 1/8″ NPT threads.

We have been able to measure a performance increase of up to 20 hp and 25 Nm with our throttle body. For Stage 2 applications, as well as upgraded turbochargers and other hardware changes, even greater gain can be achieved.
